How To Send A Gift
Sending a gift is one of many ways to show appreciation. We would be more than happy to help you with you selection and gifting for a special event. Please ask for details and how we can better assist you with this option at no cost to you.

Making Payment Offline
We understand that some customers may wish to make purchases offline. We would be more than happy to accomodate all forms of payment such as mailing money orders, checks or simply prefer wire transfers to complete a purchase. Please first select the items and note them in an email to info@myuniqueshop.com so we can reserve them on a 5 day hold period until the payment is received at the address located on our "contact us" page.

Returns

We proudly stand behind the quality brand names that we sell. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any item, we will gladly take it back within 7 days of item receipt and refund you for the original purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, or other charges applicable according to our Return/Exchange Instructions below. Please let us know the reason for your return/exchange so we can better serve you again in the future.

The item must be returned in new and unused condition to insure full credit. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used.

In the unlikely event that we processed your order incorrectly or shipped you a defective item, we will gladly take back that item and credit you the purchase price and original shipping and take whatever corrective action you tell instruct our customer service team.

Items on sale can only be exchanged for other items of equal value, funds will not be refunded. Special orders or personalized items cannot be returned.
How to make a return
Once your item is delivered, you have 7 days to return it for a full refund (less shipping and handling). To make a return send customer service a courtesy notice to service@myuniqueshop.com. A return will only be accepted with a Return Authorization number included in the reply email by our customer service team to you to be included in the packaging before being shipped back to MyUniqueShop return department indicated on your receipt. Once item is received a credit will be issued back to you in the same form of payment used to make the purchase. Once again this only applies to items not on sale.
